There is always circle of concern. We need to constantly work and upgrade to expand the horizons of intellect. Don’t be reactive of letting problems happen and not taking respective actions.
Actions speaks louder than words. Proactive behavior involves acting in advance of a future situation, rather than just reacting. It means taking control and making things happen rather than just adjusting to a situation or waiting for something to happen. Proactive employees generally do not need to be asked to act, nor do they require detailed instructions.

Develop visionary powers to have clear understanding the future and making an action plan. Understand the skill of making decisions in life.
We need to act on principles and continuously review our missions. Are you – right now – who you want to be? What do I have to say about myself? How do you want to be remembered? You are the programmer! Grow and stay humble. Always be clear what you want to achieve.
There should always be a goal. Without goal there is no purpose of life. When life hits a purpose it gets the meaning. The meaningful life is worth fulfilling by our dreams and aspirations.
- Put First Things First
We need to equip our self with what do we want to become aware of know the clear difference between the Leadership and Management. Leadership outside begins with personal vision and personal leadership. Talk about what is important and urgent. Priority should be given proper order in terms of parameters like as under:-

3) Not Important and Urgent
4) Not important and not urgent
- Think Win-Win
In any relationship genuine feelings for mutually beneficial solutions or agreements should be there. Value and respect people by understanding a “win” for all is ultimately a better long-term resolution than if only one person in the situation had gotten their way.
Think Win-Win isn’t about being nice, nor is it a quick-fix technique. It is a character-based code for human interaction and collaboration.
- Seek First to Understand, Then to be understood
Empathy is required to genuinely understand a person thoughts and sentiments. It makes them receptive and they reciprocate the same with an open mind. This creates a conductive atmosphere energized with care and problem solving.
We need to combine the strength of people through positive teamwork so that one can achieve goals that no one can attain alone.
- Sharpen the Saw
You need to balance and renew our resources, energy and health to create sustainable, long term and effective lifestyle. It primarily emphasizes exercise for physical renewal, good prayer (meditation, yoga, etc.) and good reading for mental renewal. It also mentions service to society for spiritual renewal.
